The Work You can do by the software

Thinking of sending some private file to a specific person but the person using a public PC or Official PC but the file is so private that you need to confirm that the specific person has the access of the file. In this situation, you can send the file using a password and just text the password to that person and tell him to access it privately. You can send a confidential file in this way.

To do so you need to do some step

• If your file name reveals the portion of the main story then change the file name in simple name. e.g: myprivatephoto.jpg to image.jpg
• Select all the file and right-click on the mouse
• Compress the file using 7zip>add to archive
• Select the format ZIP/7Z
• In the encryption option, give the specific password that will be used for the extraction of the file

Then send the file to your specific person and tell them the password. So that they can use your file.
