Windows 10, 8.1 has a built-in feature that can mount ISO file as virtual CD/DVD. ISO file is a disk image file. But In other Windows, this feature is not built-in. So there needs software for it to mount ISO as a virtual drive. Extracting ISO is a waste of time, so use software to mount ISO as a Virtual Drive. There is a lot of software for mounting ISO files.
